Shiatsu, which literally means “Finger pressure”, is a Japanese form of rigorous massage that uses fingers, palms or thumbs to apply acupressure to points along the body's energy pathways... Working to find disharmony and reverse it. I personally blend my shiatsu and some thai techniques with all of my customized work. Releasing tight muscles or stagnant energy and increasing energy and circulation where necessary.

Fire Cupping

Fire cupping is a technique in which warm glass cups are placed on the body to bring the lactic acid and toxins to the surface while unwinding the fibers in the muscles. This is a spot treatment in a focused area of choice. Session includes cupping, heat and massage in a localized section of the body. Cupping and a full body massage are also available. A quick fix or a full restorative treatment, the choice is yours.

A form of Massage that uses certain types of pressure and movement in specific areas (known as reflex points) on the feet. Providing relaxation, release of tension and stagnant energy. Fully restoring
